How Billing Works

Monthly Quota System

  • Each plan includes a monthly quota of outcomes
  • Quota resets on the 1st of each month
  • Unused outcomes don't roll over to the next month
  • Revisions don't count toward your outcome quota

Outcome Metering

Counts as 1 outcome:

  • Successfully completed outcome from any crew
  • Outcome that fails after processing starts

Doesn't count:

  • Outcome requests that fail immediately (validation errors)
  • Revisions to existing outcomes
  • Cancelled outcomes (before processing starts)

AI Token Usage

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI tokens:

  • AI tokens are units of text processing used by our AI models
  • Token consumption varies based on content length and complexity
  • Monthly reset - token allowances reset on the 1st of each month
  • Overage handling - Additional tokens available at competitive rates

What Consumes Tokens?

Token usage includes:

  • Content generation (posts, PRDs, documents)
  • Content revisions and improvements
  • AI analysis and processing
  • Context understanding and planning

No token usage:

  • File uploads and storage
  • Dashboard navigation
  • Account management
  • Basic API calls

Need more outcomes this month?

  • $20 per 100 additional outcomes
  • Available as add-on credits
  • Credits never expire

Revision Billing

Included Revisions

  • Multiple revisions per outcome included (varies by plan)
    • Trial: Unlimited revisions (soft limit)
    • Starter: 2 revisions per outcome
    • Growth: 3 revisions per outcome
    • Pro: Unlimited revisions (within fair use)
  • Revisions don't count toward monthly outcome quota
  • Smart agent re-execution saves tokens and time
