Your AI Growth Assistant
The HornetHive AI Assistant is your chief of staff — a conversational interface that understands your business and delegates to 18 specialized AI crews. Instead of filling out forms, just talk to your growth team.
🚀 Getting Started
Open the Assistant
You can access the assistant in three ways:
- Full-page view: Navigate to HiveCore > Growth Team in the sidebar
- Floating panel: Click the assistant button (bottom-right corner) on any page
- Keyboard shortcut: Press
Cmd+K(Mac) orCtrl+K(Windows) anywhere in the app
Your First Conversation
Try one of these to get started:
- "Analyze my market and identify opportunities"
- "Write a cold outreach sequence for my ICP"
- "Help me reduce customer churn"
- "Create a content strategy for my brand"
The assistant will recommend the right crew(s) for your request and explain why — personalized to your business context.
⚙️ How It Works
1. You describe what you need
Speak naturally. The assistant understands goals, problems, and requests — not just commands.
2. The assistant routes to the right crew
Based on your request, it recommends one or more of the 18 specialized crews:
| Category | Crews |
|---|---|
| Growth & Demand | Analyst, Growth Hacker, Sales Machine |
| Brand & Comms | Brand Builder, SEO Syndication, Community |
| Customer Experience | Lifecycle, Support Triage, CS Health, Advocacy |
| Monetization | Churn Guard, Revenue Ops, Experimentation |
| System Governance | System Builder, SRE Reliability, Trust Compliance |
| Content Creation | HiveWriter, HivePilot, HiveMind |
3. Crews execute and return results
The assistant summarizes key findings — headline insights, actionable takeaways, and recommended next steps. You can always view the full output in your outcomes page.
4. The assistant suggests what's next
After each crew run, the assistant proactively recommends a logical next step. For example:
- After Analyst Crew → "Want me to run Growth Hacker to design experiments based on these insights?"
- After Growth Hacker → "Great experiments! Want Sales Machine to create outreach sequences?"
🔗 Crew Pipelines
For multi-step workflows, the assistant can chain crews together in a pipeline — each crew receives the previous crew's output as context.
Built-in Templates
| Pipeline | Crews | Use Case |
|---|---|---|
| GTM Launch | Analyst → Growth Hacker → Sales Machine → Brand Builder | Full go-to-market strategy |
| Content Sprint | Analyst → Brand Builder → SEO Syndication | Research-to-content pipeline |
| Customer Deep Dive | Analyst → Lifecycle → CS Health → Churn Guard | Customer intelligence |
How to Use Pipelines
Just ask naturally:
- "Run a full GTM analysis" → triggers GTM Launch pipeline
- "Create a content strategy from scratch" → triggers Content Sprint
- "Analyze my customer health" → triggers Customer Deep Dive
The assistant shows progress as each step completes: "Running Growth Hacker (2/4)... 55%"

🎯 Tips for Best Results
Set Up Your Business Context First
Navigate to Settings > Business Context and fill in:
- Company profile — industry, size, description
- ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) — who you're targeting, their pain points
- Brand voice — tone, attributes, key messages
- Business goals — what you're working toward
The more context you provide, the more personalized your assistant's recommendations will be.
Be Specific About Your Goals
Instead of: "Help me grow"
Try: "I want to increase MRR from $10k to $50k by targeting AI-forward SaaS founders. My biggest challenge is getting initial meetings."
Use Pipelines for Complex Workflows
Single crews are great for focused tasks. But for strategic initiatives, use pipelines to get compounding results — each crew builds on the previous crew's findings.
Check Your Quota
Ask "How much quota do I have left?" — the assistant will show your usage and suggest the highest-impact crew to run if you're running low.
🚨 Troubleshooting
Assistant isn't responding?
- Check your internet connection
- Refresh the page and try again
- Ensure your workspace is active (not paused)
Crews not running?
- Check your quota: ask "What's my quota?"
- Verify you have the crew entitlement on your plan
- Check if another crew is already running (one at a time per workspace)
Results seem generic?
- Fill in your Business Context (Settings > Business Context)
- Be more specific in your requests
- Reference your goals or ICP in your message
