Overview​
HiveMind orchestrates planning and follow-up across your organization. Use it to capture meeting actions, build weekly plans, or dispatch tasks to other crews.
Crew Composition​
- MeetingFollowupAgent: extracts key actions from transcripts
- PlannerAgent: creates weekly plans or status updates
- CrewDispatcher: assigns tasks to other crews
Supported Outcomes​
HiveMind produces:

Inputs​
Provide:
- raw transcripts or text notes
- uploaded docs like PDFs, DOCX, or TXT
- prompt enhancements such as priority level
Output Format​
You receive:
- organized Markdown summaries
- Notion-ready pages
- Linear-ready tickets for follow-up
Revisions​
- One revision is included
- Submit changes via the async form
- Track status in the outcome dashboard
Agent Behavior​
- Falls back to high-level summaries when transcripts are incomplete
- Agents use the MCP to share state and decide next steps autonomously
- Typical latency is under two minutes end-to-end
Integration Capabilities​
Optional integrations:
- Slack for ingesting threads
- Notion for publishing or archiving
- Linear for ticket output
- Google Drive for uploading context
Known Limitations​
- Context limited to roughly 10K words
- English only at this time
- Limited control over custom tone or style
Outcome Configuration​
Customizing outcome parameters in HiveMind is not currently supported. All runs use a default configuration to ensure consistent delegation.
